This modern vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can forget about the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a large kitchen area at the heart of everything downstairs, equipped with all the appliances and gadgets required for a self-catering holiday. The large breakfast bar island has seating for 4 people making it a great place to sit and enjoy chats over a cup of coffee as you make plans for the day ahead. Between the kitchen and patio doors leading to the pool area is a high-top dining table, a great spot for tea and toast each morning. At the front of the villa is a formal dining table, the ideal setting for evening meals or fun times playing board games and having a laugh. The downstairs lounge, centrally placed at the rear of the villa, has patio doors leading to the pool deck, comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge has a large sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, great if viewing preferences differ to those people relaxing downstairs.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, upstairs at the front of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the front on the right, has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4, another room with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is at the back of the villa and is a Twin-bedded room decorated and furnished in a style that is suitable for all guests. Bedroom 6, on the other side of the family bathroom, is another Twin-bedded room suitable for guests of all ages and genders. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
The games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table so everybody can practice their trick shots or hone their potting skills before adding the table tennis top and having a few games of ping pong. The community facilities are 9 minutes away at the clubhouse and include a TV lounge, a well-equipped gym, outdoor sports courts, a heated swimming pool, a lazy river, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, a separate spa and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
