Disney World can be reached in as little as 10 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 15-20 drive away and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, being just 30 minutes’ drive from here. The resort facilities, some of the best in the Disney area, include a heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, Tiki bar, play area and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball. These facilities, free for guests to use, are a few minutes’ drive from your villa, or a 10-15 minute walk through the community if you prefer.
The open-plan kitchen is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils you might need to rustle up some fantastic meals for your family or packed lunches to take with you to the beach. A family dining table with 6 seats overlooks the pool deck and this is also a great place to sit and enjoy an evening playing board games together. A second dining table has 4 seats and is the perfect spot for breakfast each day as you plan your day ahead. The spacious family lounge is filled with lots of natural light coming from the patio doors leading out to the pool deck and has a large comfy corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the dining area and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is just off the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the front garden. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the left-hand side of the villa and each have Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite show as they drift off to sleep at night.
Enjoy endless hours of friendly competition in the games room, enjoying pool or air hockey. Comfy sofas mean that spectators can sit and watch the action unfold before they get their chance to play. Additional resort facilities are at the clubhouse, a few minutes’ drive from the villa, or a 10-15 minute walk through the community. These facilities include a heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, well-equipped gym, BBQ and picnic area, sports courts, play area and jogging trail.
Whether you are enjoying a glass of something chilled at the outside table or reading your favourite book on a sun lounger, everyone can gather together outdoors to enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine. The large private pool will be welcomed by everybody in the family, particularly on hot days. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, so no need for those mad dashes through the house with wet feet!
