SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are just a short drive away at 30-35 minutes, while Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay, are about 30-35 minutes away. For a thrilling day at Orlando's newest waterpark, Island H2O Live!, it's only a 15-20 minute drive from the villa to the US192.
Additionally, you'll find an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways to suit all tastes within a few minutes' drive from Hampton Lakes.

The centrally located kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to minimise meal preparation time and the dining table is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of tea or toast.
For mealtimes or an evening of board game fun, a second dining table nearby provides an ideal setting. The villa also boasts two comfortable lounge areas, each with seating for 6 or 7 people, and a large flatscreen TV for your entertainment.
The Main bedroom is located at the rear of the villa, providing a view of the pool deck through its windows, it has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, located at the front of the villa, is furnished with a Queen-size bed and also has its own en-suite bathroom.
To the right of the lounge area is the Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 3, which has Twin beds. Bedroom 4, also furnished with Twin beds, has a Princess theme and is located nearby. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs, ensuring that everyone can watch their favourite shows as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
The games room is the perfect place for families to come together and create lasting happy memories as they challenge each other to become the best player in table tennis or table football. One of the lounge areas also features a fun arcade-style machine that provides an opportunity for you to claim the weekly high score or let one of the kids earn the honour.
