Berry Town Center is about the same distance away and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements as well as a selection of family restaurants to choose from. The lively US192, a few miles north of Highlands Reserve has hundreds more dining options, serving everything from burger to burritos, steak to salad and pizza to pancakes. Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, or plan a trip to SeaWorld or Discovery Cove, which are just 30-35 minutes away from here. Guests wishing to sip a Butterbeer or stroll down Diagon Alley can be at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter which can be found at Universal Resorts,35-40 minutes away from here, which is where Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure are located.

All bedrooms in this home have their own flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to have an early night without missing out on watching their favourite programme.
The air-conditioned games room is at the front of the villa and has comfy seating in front of a large flatscreen TV, a table football game, an arcade-style video game and a pinball game, enough to keep the whole family entertained. The community facilities, 20 minutes’ walk from here, or just 2-3 minutes away by car, are available for all guests to enjoy and include an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
