The villa has a small games room area with a table football game and a sunny private pool with no neighbours to the rear. Community facilities, less than 5 minutes’ walk from your villa, include a heated swimming pool, heated spa, gym, fishing lake and outdoor sports courts. Lake Berkley is close to the famous US192, meaning you are just a few minutes away from a wide selection of popular family restaurants and fast food outlets, taking care of all appetites, tastes and budgets.
This comfortable 4 bedroom private villa offers lots of space for the whole family to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the theme parks. Teenagers will want to claim the front lounge area as their own so they get to choose the programmes they want to watch, it has a comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV. At the rear of the villa is the second lounge area, again it has comfortable sofas in front of a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading directly out to the sunny pool deck. At the heart of the villa is the modern kitchen which has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need to prepare tasty meals. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and drinks at any time of the day. Nearby is a family dining table, big enough for everybody to be able to enjoy a special occasion meal together or for an evening of board game fun.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa overlooking the pool deck and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with doors leading to the hallway. Bedroom 3 is also on the left-hand side at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is near Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds and has been decorated in a fun Disney theme to appeal to younger family members.
The games room has been equipped with a table football game so you can challenge each other to a few games as you escape from the hot Florida sun. Extra community facilities are available at the clubhouse which is less than 5 minutes’ walk from here. These facilities include communal pool, heated spa, splash zone, gym, fishing lake, picnic and BBQ areas and outdoor courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
Outside, the pool deck area, with no overlooking neighbours to the rear, has seating options and plenty of space for everybody to be able to enjoy the sunshine, and the private pool is great for cooling off or for splashing around having fun as you make lots of happy holiday memories together.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002.
