The fun and excitement of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the exciting Islands of Adventure, will take approximately 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. The bustling US192, famed for its selection of family restaurants, is just a couple of miles north of here, and guests will be able to satisfy any dietary requirement or appetite here.
This tastefully furnished and decorated vacation home is the ideal choice for you and your family to get away from all the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen area at the rear of the home, equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils and gadgets to fulfil any culinary task. A breakfast bar for 4 people is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee or enjoy snacks and drinks around the nearby farmhouse-style dining table that is close to patio doors leading to the pool deck. A more formal dining table is close to the front of the villa, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. Also close to the front of the villa is a lounge area with windows overlooking the garden and comfy sofas, each one large enough for 3 people. The main lounge is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a large sectional sofa, windows overlooking the pool area and a flatscreen TV. If viewing preferences differ then you can head upstairs to the third lounge area and watch your chosen programme in comfort.
The enormous Main bedroom is upstairs just off the lounge area and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is perfect for guests that want a little extra privacy, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, a Mickey Mouse-themed room is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds, this room is close to the Twin-bedded, Avengers-inspired, Bedroom 5. For the added convenience and comfort of all guests, each bedroom in this villa has its own flatscreen TV.
The amazing games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with an arcade machine, a pool table and a table football game, as well as comfy seating and an air-conditioning unit to help keep players and spectators cool, no matter how heated the competition gets!
Spend time in the Florida sunshine as you relax on a lounger or splash around in your own private pool, heated free of charge.
