Theme park fans will appreciate the location of this community, it is approximately half an hours’ drive of all major attractions, including Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Resorts which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Islands of Adventure. A little over a mile away from here is a Publix supermarket which will take care of all your grocery shopping requirements, and the nearest restaurants can be found a few miles away in ChampionsGate Village, with enough choice here to satisfy all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements.
This nicely presented villa has all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your holiday here in the Sunshine state. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area, equipped with appliances, gadgets and utensils to assist with meal preparation. The breakfast bar here is a perfect place to sit and relax for a few moments with a cup of coffee. The nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck and is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge has a comfy corner sofa for 5 or 6 people, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool deck. The upstairs lounge has additional seating in front of another flatscreen TV in case anybody wants to watch a different programme.
The Main bedroom is the only one on the ground floor, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room is adjacent to a bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an en-suite bathroom and they each have Twin beds and are decorated in a style that would suit all guests. With a TV in each bedroom nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice if they want to retire early after a busy day.
Guests can practice their trick shots or hone their ball-potting skills on the pool table at the front of the villa, before taking on other family members for a few games in air-conditioned comfort. All guests staying on Providence can access the community facilities which include 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, play areas for small children and a well-equipped modern gym.
