Spend quality time with your family here at this villa, before heading off to the community facilities, as Southern Dunes offers heated swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, only 9 minutes walk away. After, head to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks. Disney World is only 25-30 minutes away by car and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, so you can meet all your favourite characters and create some incredible memories. Alternatively, Universal Resorts is 35-40 minutes away, where you can visit Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked to the bone at Volcano Bay water park and face the raptors at Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure. SeaWorld is home to the famous Mako rollercoaster, while you can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, both 30-35 minutes away. Satisfy any food cravings you may have by heading to the Southern Dunes clubhouse, which is only 16 minutes walk away and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The moment you step into this vacation villa, let yourself relax and make the most of your time there. Immediately to the left of the front door is a lounge area with comfortable seating for 6, a perfect place if you want to have a quiet chat or curl up with a book. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is centrally placed with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make delicious meals. A table with seating for 5 is next to the kitchen and is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast, while a formal dining table next to the front lounge has seating for 6 and is ideal for sitting down to dinner or playing card games. To the rear of the villa is a second lounge area, with seating for 5, plenty of natural light, a flatscreen TV for movie nights and a door providing access to the pool deck.
Located at the back left of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, door to pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Still located to the right but at the back, is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed and window overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is located between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and has Twin beds, decorated and furnished in a style suitable for all ages.
Southern Dunes has a selection of community facilities to keep you entertained. Only 9 minutes walk from your villa are heated swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area, where you can let the kids burn off any of their excess energy after a day of theme parks.
