Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park will can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes by travelling along the I-4 Highway. Cagan Crossing is a mile or so away from Sunrise Lakes and has a selection of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, including a popular British bar and this is where you will find your nearest 24hr Walmart store. The fun-packed US192, 2 miles from the community, has hundreds more dining options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
Immerse yourself in true Floridian living in this homely villa. With a relaxing lounge area immediately inside the front door that is a great place to sit and relax with a novel or to chat with each other after a busy day at the parks. The main TV lounge is downstairs at the rear of the villa and has a large corner sofa, flatscreen TV for cosy movie nights and a window overlooking the pool deck. In case viewing preferences differ, or if the kids want their own space, there is a third lounge area upstairs which also has a large corner sofa and another TV. The central kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to prepare some tasty family meals and is big enough to allow everybody to pitch in and help. Near the front lounge is a formal dining table seating 6 guests which is the ideal spot for a special occasion meal or for an evening of playing board games. By the kitchen and lounge area at the rear of the villa is a second dining table, also seating 6 guests, which is a great place for breakfast as you watch the kids splashing around in the pool taking an early morning swim.
The spacious Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs, it is close to the kitchen and has a King-size bed, seating area and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 sits apart from all other bedrooms at the top of the stairs and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom. Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 5, both of which have Twin beds, are close to each other. All bedrooms in this villa have their own TVs so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite TV show.
Challenge other family members to a spot of friendly competition in the games room which has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football and a basketball game. The community swimming pool, spa and children’s play area are a few minutes away from this villa and guests have access to these during their stay here.
The pool deck has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful lake view to the rear, making this the perfect setting for long warm evenings. Kids will enjoy having their own pool for the holiday, while adults can sit and relax under the covered area.
The community of Sunrise Lakes is a mix of 270 residential and holiday rental villas, completed in 2005 and situated on the US27, a mile north of the bustling US192. Disney World is less than 10 miles away, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are with a few miles.
