Situated on Solana, a peaceful gated community on the US27 in Davenport, this privately owned vacation villa has a west-facing pool and spa deck with no overlooking neighbours and 4 good-sized bedrooms, including 2 themed rooms for children. The community facilities, a 5 minute walk away at the clubhouse, includes a heated swimming pool, spa, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, licenced Tiki bar, sports courts, children’s playground and a well-equipped gym. The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts, home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take approximately 35-40 minutes to reach from here. The US192, a lively road lined with hundreds of restaurants and take-aways, is a couple of miles north of the community.
This comfortable home from home will help you and your family relax away from the chaos of normal everyday living so you can make the most out of your time here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday. The breakfast bar here is a convenient place to stop and enjoy coffee in your busy day, or sit around the dining table that overlooks the pool deck and start planning the activities of the day ahead. A larger dining table is close to the front of the villa, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The lounge is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool area.
The Main bedroom, at the rear of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom, also with a single door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2, at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, a Minions-inspired room with Bunk beds, is centrally placed on the left, close to Bedroom 4, a Disney-themed room with Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep at night.
The clubhouse is a 5 minute walk away from your villa and guests staying on Solana have access to all community facilities here, including the well-equipped gym, games room, sports courts, play area and heated outdoor swimming pool with spa and sunbathing terrace and licenced Tiki bar.
After busy days at the local theme parks you can return to your villa for some rest and relaxation. The west-facing outside area has privacy hedges to all sides, plenty of seating options, a spa to help ease any tired muscles and a private pool with easy access handrails and steps so everybody gets the chance to splash around in the water. There is also a complimentary electric BBQ grill for guests to use and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, saving any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
The popular Davenport community of Solana, with 24hour manned security at the entrance, is on the US27, close to Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s top theme parks. The community clubhouse has plenty of sun loungers and cabanas around the heated swimming pool, as well as a separate spa, crazy golf, well-equipped gym and BBQ area.
