The large open-plan living area has been designed with families in mind so that everyone can gather together in one space, spending quality time together away from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday lives. The centrally placed kitchen has been equipped with everything you might need from preparing a picnic to take to the beach, to serving up a full Sunday roast. The breakfast bar even allows space for adults to sit and supervise the children when they pitch in and help with the food preparation as well. The only problem you might have though is to decide whether to eat inside or outside, but both options are pretty spectacular! If younger family members are bored with ‘adult-talk’ then they can take themselves away to a separate lounge area upstairs that has additional seating, a flatscreen TV, a kitchenette area for cold drinks and a pool table. This then leaves the downstairs lounge area for adults to sit and plan for the adventures of the next day while sharing a bottle of wine.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the pool deck, perfect for that early morning dip in the pool without disturbing anybody else. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed, shares an en-suite bathroom with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 7 which has a Mickey Mouse theme. At the rear of the villa upstairs is Bedroom 4 which has a Queen-size bed and shared en-suite bathroom with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 8. Bedroom 9 is the last bedroom upstairs and also has Twin beds. Downstairs to the right of the front door is Bedroom 6 which has 2 Double beds and has been decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests.
There is a pool table in the upstairs air-conditioned games room area which also has a table for waiting players to sit at and a beverage-making area so you don’t have to keep going downstairs to get a drink. Further activities can be found at the nearby clubhouse, including a heated resort-style swimming pool with lazy river, a separate hot tub, outdoor sports courts, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, TV lounge, games room with arcade machines and a convenience store.
The outside patio area has a private pool and spa, family-size undercover dining table, poolside TV and great privacy on all sides, making this the perfect place to recharge your batteries after exhausting days exploring Florida. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
