The Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is less than half an hour’s drive away. A wide selection of family-friendly restaurants are waiting to be discovered along the US192, a few minutes from here, catering for all tastes and dietary requests. Resort facilities, a 10-15 minute stroll through the neighbourhood, include a lagoon-style heated swimming pool, children’s water park, Tiki bar, sports courts, BBQ and picnic area, cinema, modern gym, games room and lounge area.
Just inside the front door to the right-hand side is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need, as well as a breakfast dining table seating 6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large formal dining table, a great place to sit and enjoy family meals or evenings playing board games together. Continuing through the villa is the family lounge with a comfy sofa, loveseat and armchair in front of a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is another bedroom downstairs, it is to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. Bedroom 4 is upstairs to the left of the landing and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 5 is opposite this room and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV so if you want to watch something different from the rest of the family you can retire to your room and relax.
The games room is located just inside the front door and has a pool table, air hockey, table football and seating for spectators. Further facilities can be found at the resort’s clubhouse, a 2-3 minute drive from here, or 10-15 minutes if you want to take a stroll through the peaceful neighbourhood. This is where you can find a lagoon-style heated swimming pool, water park, Tiki bar, BBQ and picnic area, modern gym, cinema, games room and outdoor courts for tennis, beach volleyball and basketball.
The large west-facing pool deck receives plenty of sun throughout the daytime and has views of a lake to the rear of the property and a good-sized swimming pool and relaxing spa. With a covered dining area and plenty of seating options for the whole family, this is a great place to come back to each day and recharge your batteries.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192.
