This standard 6 bedroom, privately owned, rental villa is on The Hamlet, a gated section of West Haven on the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, close to the US27 and I-4 Highway. It offers a south-facing private pool and spa and an upstairs games room area so that players can enjoy air-conditioned comfort when playing pool. The community facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings and slides and these can be found close to the entrance gates. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes from here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is less than half an hour away along the I-4 Highway. A Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants are available at ChampionsGate Village, less than 2 miles from here, or head north to the popular US192 which has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways ready to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary concerns.
Entering through the front door, the staircase is immediately in front of you. To the right is a quiet lounge area with comfy seating and a small formal dining table. On the right side of the formal dining area is an archway through to the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and pots and pans you are likely to need. The breakfast table overlooking the pool deck is a great place to sit and enjoy tea and toast in the morning as you plan the activities of the day ahead. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has large comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
Directly at the top of the stairs is the extremely large Main bedroom, with King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left of the main family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the front of the villa on the right, has been furnished with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4, to the left of the staircase, also has a King-size bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are both to the left of the staircase upstairs and each have Twin beds and are decorated and furnished in a style suitable for all guests.
Upstairs to the right of the staircase is a games room area with a pool table, meaning that players can enjoy a few games in air-conditioned comfort, no matter how heated the competition gets! Guests staying here also have access to the community facilities of swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play area, these can be found near the entrance gates a couple of minutes’ walk from here.
The south-facing pool deck, with private pool and spa, benefits from lots of space for the whole family and a small undercover dining area. There is easy access to the bathroom close to Bedroom 2, meaning no more mad dashes through the house with wet feet when nature calls!
The Hamlet is a small gated sub-division of West Haven, a highly-recommended community in Davenport, close to the US27 and the I-4 Highway. It is close to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and all other popular Orlando tourist attractions and theme parks.
