This highly recommended modern vacation villa gives you and your family all the comforts of home so that you can all enjoy quality time here in Florida. The open-plan layout offers a centrally placed kitchen, with all the appliances, gadgets and equipment needed to fulfil any culinary desire. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 people and is a great place to relax with morning tea and toast as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. The nearby dining table has seating for 8 people and is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. The downstairs lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the pool deck. The upstairs lounge has additional seating and another large flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their chosen movie or TV show.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs to the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3, to the left of the front door, has a King-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed and a Single bed, this is close to Bedroom 5, a Toy Story-themed room furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds sleeping up to 4 children in total. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
The air-conditioned games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a table football game, 2 arcade machines and seating for spectators or players taking a break between games. The amazing ChampionsGate resort facilities can be enjoyed by all guests staying here and include an outdoor heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, a sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, a licenced Tiki bar open 7 days a week, a full service restaurant, cinema, well-equipped gym, games room and outdoor sports courts.
