This privately owned vacation home has 4 bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep up to 10 guests, and is located on the gated Davenport community of Enclaves at Festival. Additional features include a west-facing pool deck with scenic views, a complementary gas BBQ grill and close proximity to all Orlando theme parks. Keep entertained during your stay by heading to the nearby resort facilities, only 4 minutes’ walk away. There you will find a fully-equipped gym, arcade, bar and ice cream parlour, as well as outside facilities of a heated swimming pool, kids water park, volleyball court and miniature golf. Orlando theme parks are very close, with Disney World being only 15-20 minutes away by car, so visit Magic Kingdom and meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot to see the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to face Darth Vader at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Alternatively, head 25-30 minutes to Universal Resorts and visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. If you visit SeaWorld, you can ride the Mako roller coaster and Discovery Cove gives you the opportunity to swim with dolphins, both only being 20-25 minutes away. Satisfy all food cravings by heading to ChampionsGate Village, which is less than a mile away and has a wide range of restaurants and fast-food options for you to sample.
Your family will want to immediately relax once you step inside this privately owned vacation home. Located to the right of the property is the kitchen where you will find all the appliances and utensils you will need to create delicious meals, while a nearby breakfast bar provides seating for 4. Close by is a dining table with seating for 6, so enjoy a meal here then move to a family lounge to the left, with seating for 5 and a flatscreen TV, it is a perfect place to have a movie night, while nearby doors provide access to the west-facing pool deck. Upstairs is a second lounge area, with a flatscreen TV and seating for 3, ideal if viewing preferences are different.
Upstairs at the front of the vacation home is the Main bedroom with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is at the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Back upstairs, to the rear and with a Minions-theme is Bedroom 3, with Bunk beds and a Single bed. To the left is the Marvel-themed Bedroom 4 with Bunk beds and a Single bed. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights a little bit more relaxing.
Make your way to the resort facilities to make use of the fully equipped gym, arcade, ice-cream parlour and bar, while outside there are heated swimming pools, kids water park, volleyball court and miniature golf, plenty to keep everyone entertained during your stay.
