Located on the peaceful community of Hampton Lakes in Davenport, this privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa features a large south-facing pool, good sized rooms and is close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions. There is also access to community facilities, which include a children’s play area and tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts, so there is entertainment to be found for everyone. Hop in the car and make your way to Disney World, as it is only 20-25 minutes away and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to enrol at Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get drenched at Volcano Bay water park and visit Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure, all only 30-35 minutes away. SeaWorld, home of Pipeline: The Surf Coaster and Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, are only 30-35 minutes away. If you don’t feel like cooking, then Berry Town Center is about a mile away and has a number of family restaurants, while the US192 is only a couple of miles away and is home to hundreds more dining options, offering cuisine that will surely satiate any appetite.
Kick off your shoes and relax as you enter this vacation villa, making it your second home for the duration of your stay in Orlando. The kitchen is centrally placed, with lots of utensils and appliances to help you cook up delicious meals. Breakfast bar seating for 2 and a table for 4 are great places to start your morning with coffee and bagels, while a door provides access to the pool deck should you desire an early morning swim. The formal dining table with seating for 6 is to the front right of the villa, so come here to have dinner and play board games after the dishes have been cleared away. Towards the rear right of the villa is a family lounge with sofa seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV, as well as windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck, so you can watch a movie and keep an eye on the kids as they play in the pool. A second small lounge is in a more central location, perfect if you want to have a quiet chat or curl up and read a book.
Located to the far left of the vacation villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, window overlooking the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom that is located upstairs and has a Queen-size bed, making it ideal for anyone who may desire a little extra privacy. Back downstairs and to the rear right is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed. At the front right of the villa is Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, while Bedroom 5 is to the front left and also has Twin beds, both rooms are decorated in a style that suits all ages. All rooms in this villa come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights easier as you watch your favourite movies as you drift off to sleep.
Community facilities are only a 5 minute walk away, so make full use of the tennis, beach volleyball and basketball courts, while the kids can burn off the last of their energy on the children’s play areas.
Spend plenty of time with your family on your very own large and private south-facing pool deck which has no overlooking rear neighbours. Teach the kids to swim in complete privacy, then have a long soak in the relaxing spa as you top up the tan in the Orlando sunshine. A nearby door leads to the bathroom next to Bedroom 5, so there will be no wet footprints throughout the villa as the kids try to find a towel. Later, have a bite to eat and a chilled drink as you sit at the covered dining table and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
