This privately owned vacation villa is located on the gated sub-community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park in Davenport. It features 4 bedrooms, a south-facing pool and spa and is just 4 minutes’ walk away from the community facilities, which include a tennis court, children’s play area and a picnic area. If you fancy dining out, then Berry Town Center is about a mile away and has a number of family friendly restaurants that include iHop and Applebees. Alternatively, about a mile north on the US27 is the turning for the popular US192, where you will find a much wider range of restaurants to choose from. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the famous parades, Epcot to experience the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite movie characters. Universal Resorts are 35-40 minutes away and are home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, where you will find jaw dropping thrills and create unforgettable memories. More excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or coming face to face with polar bears at SeaWorld, both only 30-35 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals during your self-catering holiday. To the left is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. Towards the rear of the villa is the family lounge, with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool.
Located to the back left of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom while Bedroom 2 is to the left side of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is to the front right of the villa and has Twin beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4, which also has Twin beds. Both rooms are decorated in ways that are suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can drift off to sleep while watching their favourite movies.
While there is no games room at this vacation villa, there is a tennis court just 4 minutes’ walk from your villa, as well as a children’s play area and family picnic area.
Spend quality time with your family at your very own private south-facing pool and spa. With hedges on all sides providing privacy, you can stretch out under the Florida sunshine and top up your tan or have a relaxing soak in the spa, while your kids play in the pool. Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
