Solterra offers plenty of community facilities at the clubhouse, a 6 minute walk from your villa, these facilities include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fitness centre, games room and outdoor sports courts. ChampionsGate Village is a 5 minute drive away and this is where you can discover a wide range of family restaurants and take-aways.
This amazing villa is contemporary and sophisticated in style, with all the mod-cons and finishing touches you’ll need to make your stay as memorable as possible. Just inside the front door to the left-hand side is the formal lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and windows overlooking the front garden. This is a great place to sit and chat or to relax with your favourite novel. The family dining table is next, a great place for special occasion meals or evenings together playing board games. Continuing through the villa, the large open-plan kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need for meal preparation and the breakfast bar, seating 4 people, is a great place for snacks and drinks. To the right of the kitchen is the main family lounge, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with a comfy corner sofa. The large flatscreen TV here is ideal for movie-watching nights and the patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck mean you can wander in and out with ease to soak up the glorious sunshine. Upstairs is a third family lounge area, giving everybody the chance to enjoy their own space to relax in. This lounge has a poker table, flatscreen TV, games console, comfortable seating and a beverage making area so you don’t have to go downstairs to stay hydrated.
The spacious Main bedroom is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and a shared en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 6 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and a shared en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 4, with a Queen-size bed, is ideal for guests that want a little extra privacy, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is positioned next to a bathroom. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, every guest gets the chance to enjoy a late-night movie of their choice.
The nicely decorated games room will be where lots of happy holiday memories are made, it is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, a flatscreen TV and seating.
