The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the unmissable Islands of Adventure, is less than half an hour away via the I-4 Highway. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by, with ChampionsGate Village just a few miles from here. Sunset Walk and the other offerings of the bustling US192 can be found a few miles north of Solterra and is worth a visit, especially in the evenings when so much is happening here.
This modern and open-plan villa is nicely decorated and furnished throughout and will give you and your family the chance to relax and make the most out of your time together in Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need if you decide to cook a family meal, with the breakfast bar being a great spot to sit and relax with a cup of coffee when you feel the need to rest for a few minutes. The nearby dining table has 8 seats and is a great spot for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting about the day you have shared together. The downstairs lounge, with windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck, has comfy seating arranged in front of a large flatscreen TV and, should viewing preferences differ, there is another lounge upstairs with more comfy seating and another television. If this trip away involves work at any point, then the desk area in the upstairs lounge will allow you to sit in comfort and fire off any urgent emails!
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the villa at the back, it has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with direct access to the south-facing pool deck. Bedroom 2, downstairs to the left of the front door, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs on the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back of the villa and is a Finding Nemo-themed room with Twin beds, this is next to Bedroom 5, a Mickey and Minnie-themed room, again with Twin beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, making early nights or relaxing mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
Head to the air-conditioned games room for some unforgettable times together playing pool, table football or air hockey, before heading to the community facilities at the clubhouse, a few minutes away by car; here guests staying on Solterra have access to all activities including the heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, sunbathing deck, fully equipped gym, play area and outdoor courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
The large deck area around the south-facing pool gives everybody the chance to recharge their batteries in the glorious Florida sunshine, and the relaxing spa is the perfect place to ease any tired muscles after a day at the parks as you sit here and enjoy the scenic views to the rear. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom puts an end to any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
