Magic Kingdom and other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are just 25-30 minutes away and Universal, which includes Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in about 30-35 minutes from here. A wide range of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for any appetite or desire, can be found along the lively US192, a mile or so north of here. Community facilities, including a tennis court, volleyball court, play area, games room and gym, can be found at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk from the villa through quiet neighbourhood streets.
This comfortable home from home has an open-plan layout designed to put you at ease the moment you step through the front door. Immediately to the left of the entrance is the kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty family meals. The breakfast bar, which seats 3 people, is a perfect spot to enjoy snacks and drinks, while the nearby dining table seats 8 people and is an ideal place for special occasion meals or evenings playing board games together. To the right of the dining area is the family lounge with plenty of natural light, comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunny west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge, the only bedroom on the ground floor, and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs to the right and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds and is decorated in a style that would suit all guests. The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds and a sofa.
Make lots of happy holiday memories in the games room as you hold friendly tournaments to find out who the best player is on the air hockey, table football or ping pong table. Extra community facilities can be enjoyed at the clubhouse, a 2 minute walk from here, including the gym, games room, kiddie’s play area and outdoor sports courts.
After busy days on the rides and rollercoasters of the local theme parks, head back home and spend time enjoying the west-facing pool deck. With privacy walls and hedges all around, the whole family can enjoy splashing around in the pool or relaxing in the private spa. The dining table is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks as you recover from your excursions of the day.
The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks.
