The community facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play, and are a minute or so away from here near the entrance gates. Excited Mickey Mouse fans can be at Magic Kingdom and the other Disney parks within 15-20 minutes of leaving West Haven, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away as well. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay and the other attractions of Universal Resorts will take about 25-30 minutes to reach along the I-4 Highway. ChampionsGate Village is less than 2 miles from here and has a selection of family restaurants you may wish to sample.
If you are looking for a relaxing homely villa for your family then this could be the ideal choice for you. Inside the front door is the cosy formal lounge area with comfy sofas and lots of natural light making this a great area to sit in peace and quiet and read your favourite novel. Adjacent to this lounge is a formal dining area with seating for 6 people, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games together. The open-plan kitchen is at the back of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you might require for meal preparation. A high top dining table with seating for 4 people overlooks the pool deck and offers an alternative places to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. The main family lounge is on the right-hand side and has comfy sofas, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors to the south-facing pool deck.
The large Main bedroom, upstairs to the right of the games room, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, the only bedroom on the ground floor, has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and at the end of the landing and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds, Bedroom 5 is next to the Main bedroom and also has Twin beds. Each of these Twin-bedded rooms are decorated in a style suitable for all guests. Each of the 5 bedrooms in this villa has their own flatscreen TV, making early nights and late mornings even more enjoyable.
The air-conditioned games room is situated on the upstairs landing and has a flatscreen TV, pool table and a table football game. For guests with more energy left to burn there is also a full-size table tennis table downstairs in the garage area. Community facilities are positioned by the entrance gates of The Hamlet and include a swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area.
The south-facing sunny pool deck is great for topping up your tan. Kids will enjoy making fantastic memories in the pool while adults sit at the table and chairs enjoying a cold beverage, enjoying the glorious Florida sunshine. Easy access to the downstairs bathroom next to Bedroom 2 means there will be no mad dashes through the house with wet feet.
The Hamlet is a small gated sub-division of West Haven, a highly-recommended community in Davenport, close to the US27 and the I-4 Highway.
