The parades, characters and rides of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away. Harry Potter fans will want to head to Universal which will take about 25-30 minutes from here. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from your villa is the clubhouse, offering a range of community facilities for guests to use, including outdoor courts for basketball, tennis and volleyball, a heated swimming pool, heated spa, splash zone and well-equipped gym. Restaurants and take-aways for all appetites, budgets and dietary concerns are a few minutes away on the US192 and so is a 24 hour Walmart superstore which will take care of all your shopping requirements.

The formal dining table is at the front of the villa and is a great place for evening meals or time spent chatting together. Continuing through the villa, is the open-plan kitchen with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need to prepare some tasty meals for everybody. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. At the back of the villa is the family lounge area with a comfy sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the south-facing pool deck and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge area and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has a Double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the family lounge area and is a Disney Princess themed bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and is a Minion themed bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is just inside the front door to the right hand side and has a Double bed.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has a pool table and table tennis, ideal for the family to use during quieter periods of your holiday. Less than 10 minutes’ walk away is the clubhouse with a range of *community facilities *including a swimming pool, heated spa, splash zone, gym and outdoor sports courts.
The completely private south-facing pool deck offers your family a good-sized pool, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella seating 4 people and plenty of deck space to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
