This privately owned, modern 4 bedroom vacation villa has a games room and a southeast-facing pool. It is located on the peaceful gated golfing community of Southern Dunes in Haines City. The resort facilities you have access to are only 6 minutes walk away and include outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, so everyone will be entertained during your stay. Disney World is only 25-30 minutes away by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to meet all your favourite characters, Epcot to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Hollywood Studios to see the Fantasmic! show. Otherwise, head to Universal Resorts, which are only 35-40 minutes away and visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park and go on every ride. For those interested in the oceans, you’ll want to visit Seaworld, or swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, both only 30-35 minutes away. If you don’t feel like self-catering, the Southern Dunes clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is only 13 minutes away, alternatively, head south on the US27 for a mile to find a selection of family friendly restaurants.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa, kick off your shoes and relax, starting off your holiday in total comfort. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is centrally located and has everything you will need to cook tasty meals for the family, while a nearby table provides seating for 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3, both great places to enjoy coffee and bagels in the morning. Next to the kitchen, and towards the rear of the villa, is a formal dining table with seating for 6 people and a window overlooking the southeast-facing pool deck. A family lounge is to the left of the villa, with seating for 7 and a flatscreen TV for family movie nights, while a nearby door provides easy access to the southeast-facing pool deck.
Located to the rear right of the villa is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa with a Queen-size bed. Located to the right of the villa is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed, while the Disney-themed Bedroom 4 is nearby and has been furnished with Bunk beds.
Make your way to the games room at the front of the villa to practise some trick shots on the pool table, before challenging your family to a game and showing off your skills. Southern Dunes offers a number of community facilities that are only 6 minutes walk away, including outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, where the kids can burn off any excess energy.
Soak up the sun on the southeast-facing deck with a private pool and 4 sun loungers, while a door leads to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, stopping wet kids running through the villa looking for a towel. After a long day at the theme parks, sit back and relax at the covered dining area while having a chilled drink and bite to eat, as you chat about your day and plan your next Orlando villa vacation.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
