Rides, parades and firework displays of Disney World will take 15-20 minutes to reach from here, with Discovery Cove and SeaWorld about 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts, less than half an hour away along the I-4 Highway, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. ChampionsGate Village, is less than 3 miles away and has a wide selection of family restaurants to choose from, taking care of many tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Posner Park, a retail and dining development, is a few miles south of here and has many stores for you to spend your holiday cash, as well as popular restaurants and a multiscreen cinema.
The open-plan layout of this villa has been designed to help you and your family relax together and enjoy your quality time here in Orlando. Centrally placed is the kitchen which has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you would expect to find in a rental property and the nearby dining table is a great place for everybody to gather and celebrate a special occasion or play cards and board games at after dinner. The nearby lounge has enough comfy seats for everybody to be able to sit and watch a movie together on the large flatscreen TV, and doors from here lead out to the sunny pool deck area so you can wander in and out very easily.
The Main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and is at the rear of the villa with a window overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a window overlooking the garden and a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is close by and has been furnished with Twin beds. All bedrooms in this villa have a flatscreen TV, making early nights or relaxing mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls, return to your villa and spend time in the sunshine, splashing around in your private pool or sitting around the table with a chilled drink as you take in the natural lake view behind your villa. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom saves any trips through the villa with wet feet.
Built between 1992 and 1996, Sunridge Woods is a large, peaceful community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, surrounded by beautiful conservation and natural lakes. Good road links, such as the I-4 Highway and the US192, are within a short driving distance, making a visit to any of Orlando’s main attractions as easy as possible. The Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts will take less than half an hour to reach. The stunning, tree-lined streets provide a perfect backdrop for a morning walk or jog.
