The thrills and spills of Disney World theme parks are 15-20 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 20-25 minute car journey from here. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park can be found at Universal Resorts, about 25-30 minutes away from Lake Berkley. Community facilities that you are free to use are less than 10 minutes’ walk from your villa and include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, communal heated pool and spa and various sports courts for those that want to participate in something more energetic. With lakes on the community, wildlife lovers should keep their eyes peeled, while anglers might want to try their hand at fishing in the larger spring-fed lake. Being close to the bustling US192 means that you are just a few minutes away from a wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, catering for all budgets, appetites and dietary concerns.
With comfortable furnishings and plenty of space, this villa is great for any family holiday to Orlando. As soon as you walk through the front door you are in a quiet lounge area that is a great place to sit and read your favourite novel or catch up with friends back home on social media. The second lounge area is towards the rear of the villa and has 2 sofas in front of a large flatscreen TV. Doors looking out on to the pool deck mean that you can stay dry and still keep an eye on the kids having fun as they splash around in the pool. The central kitchen has been equipped with everything you might need to rustle up some tasty meals or to prepare a picnic to take to the beach. The breakfast bar seating 4 people is the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning as you plan the day ahead. Nearby is a large dining table that can also be used for playing board games in the evenings once the dinner plates have been loaded into the dishwasher.
The Main bedroom sits to the right of the TV lounge and has a door leading to the pool deck; it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Across the other side of the lounge are the other bedrooms, Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, whilst Bedroom 3, a Disney-themed room and the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 4, each have Twin beds. With a TV in each bedroom, nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The games room, complete with pool table and a games console, offers the ideal place for making fun-filled memories with friends and family. Additional activities are at the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk from here. These community facilities include a swimming pool, relaxing spa, splash zone, gym, fishing lake and outdoor courts for games of tennis, basketball and volleyball.

Community facilities includes a heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor sports courts, fishing lake, BBQ area and jogging and walking trail. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
