With a south-facing pool, a relaxing spa, as well as community facilities which can be reached with just a 5 minute walk, your family will love staying at this vacation villa. Facilities available include tennis courts, as well as a children’s play area, ideal for letting everyone use up the last of their energy before bed. A number of restaurants can be found within a mile of your villa at Berry Town Center, while hundreds more can be found at the bustling US192, found a mile north up the US27. Disney Word can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Hollywood Studios to fly the Millenium Falcon and Epcot to taste food from all around the world. Universal Resorts can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all packed full of thrills and excitement for the whole family. Additional excitement can be found be heading to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or meet penguins at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa.
This open plan vacation villa lets your family spend quality time together during your visit to Orlando. To the right of the villa is the well-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances and utensils you will need during your stay. Start your morning with coffee and toast at the breakfast bar or find additional seating at the nearby breakfast table. Towards the left of the villa is a formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal and then play card games long into the evening. To the rear left of the villa is a family lounge with sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the pool.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa, with a King-size bed, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Towards the front right is Bedroom 2, which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right, with Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 is to the left with a Queen-size bed. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, so you can watch your favourite movies as you drift off to sleep.
Take a 5 minute walk to reach the community facilities, which include a tennis court for guests looking to keep fit, while kids can use up the last of their energy at the children’s play area.
Take a moment to have a swim in the south-facing pool, or have a dip in the relaxing spa, while a nearby door leading to a poolside cloakroom helps to prevent any wet footprints throughout the villa. Stretch out on one of the sun loungers, be it to read a book or top up your tan in the Orlando sunshine, before you enjoy a chilled drink at the covered dining area. Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
