This privately owned vacation villa is located on the popular gated community of West Haven – The Abbey in Davenport and comes with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests in total, a private pool and spa, with lovely scenic views, a games room and it is situated close to Disney World theme parks. The community facilities are only 7 minutes walk away, where you will find a TV lounge, fully-equipped gym, a ping-pong table and outside amenities including a swimming pool and volleyball and tennis courts. Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Epcot to see the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to face your fears at the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Alternatively, Universal Resorts are only 30-35 minutes away and feature The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, where you can spend all day getting soaking wet! Head to SeaWorld to learn about the oceans, or Discovery Bay to swim with the dolphins, both only 25-30 minutes away. After a day at the parks, quell your rumbling stomach by heading 2 miles down the road to ChampionsGate Village to find a number of family friendly restaurants that will satisfy any and all cravings.
Let this vacation villa be a home away from home during your stay. Head to the well-equipped kitchen on the left, with everything you will need to create delicious meals while the nearby breakfast bar provides seating for 2, a great place to enjoy tea and toast in the morning. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 6, so enjoy a meal there before playing card games or have a long chat, while a nearby door provides access to the pool deck. To the right of the villa is a spacious lounge area with lots of natural light, a flatscreen TV and seating for 6, a perfect place to watch all your favourite movies together, while another door provides access to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second lounge area with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV, ideal if movie choices are differing on the day, while a nearby door provides access to a balcony.
Being the only bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom is to the back right and has a King-size bed, door to pool deck and en-suite bathroom. The spacious Bedroom 2 can be found upstairs to the back left, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the villa on the right are Bedrooms 3 and 4, both with Queen-size beds. At the front of the villa is Bedroom 5 has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 children in total in this room.

Orlando’s famous Disney theme parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by.
