The fun and excitement of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hours drive away. Universal Resorts can be reached in approximately 30-35 minutes and this is where you will find The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Restaurants catering for all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements can be found either along the nearby US192 or in ChampionsGate Village which is a couple of miles away from here.
This privately owned luxury vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family have the chance to appreciate quality time together here in Orlando. The moder open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen equipped with all the gadgets and appliances needed for a self-catering holiday, including 2 large American fridge freezers. The breakfast bar has seating for 6 people and is an ideal place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee as you discuss plans for the day ahead. A nearby dining table has seating for 10 people at a time, a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge area has patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck, comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge is a cosy area with more seating and another TV in case you want to sit and relax with a loved one. The home cinema room, upstairs next to the lounge, has individual reclining seats for 7 people and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings watching your favourite film.
The Main bedroom, downstairs next to the lounge, is a Fantasia themed room with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, a Lion King-themed room on the ground floor, is to the right of the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway of required. All other bedrooms are upstairs, the Aldaddin-themed Bedroom 3 is at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 7, an Incredibles-themed room with Bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is an Avatar-themed room with a circular Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 5, a Frozen-inspired room with custom-made Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 6, an Encanto themed room with 2 sets of Bunk beds sleeping up to 4 children in total. Bedroom 8, at the front of the villa on the right, is a Superheroes-themed room with Bunk beds.
The air-conditioned games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a table football game, a table tennis table, a basketball game, games consoles and 2 fun arcade games, a great place to make long-lasting happy memories together of your time here in Orlando. The resort facilities are just 10 minutes’ walk away from your villa and include a heated outdoor swimming pool with lazy river and waterslide, a separate spa, a Tiki bar, sports courts and the Oasis clubhouse with restaurant, cinema, games room and well-equipped gym.
