With 6 bedrooms, a games room and a northwest-facing pool and spa with no overlooking rear neighbours, it is the ideal place for you and your family to stay during your vacation. Make your way to the community facilities, where you will find a well-equipped gym with sauna and steam room as well as outside facilities including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar and children’s play area. Active guests will want to make the most of the outdoor sports courts or the trails that go through the 11 acres of woodland in the community.
Now for the reason that you came to Orlando, Disney World is only 10-15 minutes away and includes Magic Kingdom, where you can see parades, Epcot, where you can taste worldwide cuisine and Hollywood Studios, where you can build your own lightsaber. Alternatively, make your way to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, all only 25-30 minutes away by car. Fans of ocean life should head to SeaWord or visit Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 20-25 minutes away.
Once your day is over, head to the US192 where you will find countless restaurants and fast-food outlets that will cater to every taste or dietary requirement. Alternatively, head to Rolling Oaks Commons to find more restaurants suitable for the whole family.
Let this vacation villa be your home away from home during your stay in Orlando. As soon as you enter you will find comfort, with a small lounge with seating for 7 to the left of the front door, ideal for a quiet evening of reading or chatting. At the left of the villa is a formal dining table with seating for 8, where you can sit and talk or play some family games after dinner. The kitchen is close by, located to the rear left of the villa, with modern appliances and all the utensils you may need to create delicious meals. A nearby breakfast table with seating for 6 is ideal place for starting your day with bacon and eggs cooked by your designated chef. To the right of the kitchen is a spacious family lounge with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating for 8 and a flatscreen TV, where you can spend evenings watching your favourite Disney movies. Nearby is a door giving access to the northwest-facing pool deck, allowing the kids to go and jump into the pool once their favourite programme has ended.
The Main Bedroom is the only one on the ground floor, with a window overlooking the pool deck, King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front right, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the front left, furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is located to the rear left, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the rear right of the villa, decorated with a Frozen-theme and has Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a Star Wars-theme with Bunk beds and a Single bed. All rooms have a flatscreen TV, making bedtimes easier for everyone as you watch your chosen movie.
Head to the games room to practice your trick shots on the pool table or earn the high score on the arcade machine. Plenty of additional seating means you can relax in comfort as you wait for your turn. Being just 12 minutes away, Emerald Island has multiple community facilities for your enjoyment, such as a well-equipped gym, with sauna and steam room, while outside facilities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, licenced Tiki bar and children’s play area, as well as outdoor sports courts and trails that pass through the 11 acre woodland in the middle of the community, giving you and your family plenty to do during your stay.
