It is a few minutes’ drive from the community clubhouse, or a 10-15 minute walk if you prefer to take a stroll through the quiet neighbourhood. At the clubhouse you will find some amazing resort facilities including heated swimming pool, separate spa, sauna, gym, games room, play area, Tiki bar and outdoor sports courts and walking trails. The excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resort, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, are reachable within half an hour. The popular US192 is just a couple of miles away and has hundreds of different dining options, eat in or take away, ready to tempt your taste buds and satisfy your appetite.
The entrance of this homely villa leads directly to a quiet lounge area with comfy sofas, a great place to sit and relax with a good book after a busy day at the theme parks. Next comes the formal dining area with a table and seating for 6 people, this is also a perfect setting for playing board games in the evening. The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might require, with the breakfast bar being a perfect spot to enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. An additional dining table, this one with 4 chairs, sits next to the kitchen, an ideal place to enjoy tea and toast in the morning as you plan your day ahead. At the back of the villa is the main family lounge, filled with lots of natural light. It contains comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and has doors leading to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The Main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests, they are separated by the family bathroom. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they relax after a hectic day.
Enjoy making some long-lasting memories in the air-conditioned games room as you compete against each other playing pool, air hockey or table football. Resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a few minutes’ drive from here, including heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, well-equipped gym, play area, games room and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
