The villa is on Formosa Gardens, a highly recommended gated community in Kissimmee, just a few minutes away from the bustling US192, lined both sides with hundreds of restaurant options for all tastes and dietary requirements. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 5-10 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 15-20 minute drive along the nearby I-4 Highway. Harry Potter fans eager to sample a Butterbeer or buy a wand from Ollivanders can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 20-25 minutes.
The first lounge is opposite the entrance to the villa and contains comfy sofa seating for 6 people around a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the sunny pool deck. The second lounge is at the rear of the villa with seating for 9 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the pool area. Overlooking this lounge is the large, open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, granite worktops, centre island and a convenient breakfast bar with 4 seats. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table large enough for all guests to gather and enjoy meals together which is in addition to the dining table near the entrance that is also a great place for evening fun playing board games. The final lounge, containing a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, is upstairs on the landing with access to the balcony looking out over the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the first lounge and contains a King-size bed, French doors leading out onto the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs to the left and right of the landing respectively. They each have King-size beds, French doors out onto the balcony and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is across the hall from Bedroom 3 and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is downstairs, to the left of the second lounge, and contains a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6 is upstairs next to Bedroom 3 and contains two Double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7 is near Bedroom 6 and has Two Double beds and an en-suite bathroom. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have their own televisions, so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
For those that like to get competitive the villa has an air-conditioned games room where you can play table tennis and air hockey. Some seating has been supplied so that spectators can watch the action unfolding, or the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, in comfort. There is also a pool table and table football to be enjoyed in the upstairs lounge which also has a drinks-making area so you can stay hydrated while you play. Movie fans will want to relax in the cinema room near Bedroom 7 where they can watch a movie on the large screen. If you like staying in shape, the villa has its own gym which contains a running machine, exercise bike and other items to help maintain your fitness regime during your holiday in the Sunshine State.
