The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here or head to SeaWorld or Discovery Cove for a fun day at Orlando’s famous marine parks, both of these can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, 35-40 minutes away by car, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Dining-out options in the area include a wide range of restaurants in Clermont, catering for all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements, or head south for a few miles to select from hundreds of options along the US192.
This spacious family villa offers all the comforts of home so that you can relax and enjoy your time here in Orlando. Just inside the entrance is a quiet lounge area with windows overlooking the front garden and comfy seating, a great place to sit and chat or spend a few moments alone with your favourite novel. A nearby dining table is large enough for the whole family, great for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday, as well as a breakfast bar for 2 people. A nearby dining table is great for tea and toast each morning as you sit and discuss your plans for the day ahead. At the rear of the villa is a second lounge area, this one has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the sunny pool deck area.
The Main bedroom is on the right-hand side of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, on the left of the villa at the back, has a Queen-size bed, door leading to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom, also with pool deck access. Bedroom 3 is centrally placed on the right and has Twin beds, as does the nearby Bedroom 4, both of these rooms are decorated and furnished in a style that would be suitable for guests of any age. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, early nights or lazy mornings relaxing in bed are even more enjoyable.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey game, flatscreen TV and seating for spectators or players taking a break between games. The community facilities, a 6 minute walk away from here at the clubhouse, include a gym, games room, outdoor swimming pool and children’s playground with swings, slide and climbing frame.
