The well-equipped games room will help keep the kids entertained for hours at a time while you top up your tan on the pool deck or splash around in the private pool. The community facilities include play areas for young children and outdoor sports courts for volleyball, tennis and basketball, these can all be found a few minutes away from your villa. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour’s drive away. Harry Potter fans eager to experience a ride on Hogwarts Express or to stroll down Diagon Alley with a Butterbeer can be at Universal Resorts in 30-35 minutes by car, much quicker if you can travel by broomstick! The I-4 Highway is a few minutes away from Hampton Lakes and this is the road you will travel on to reach Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s finest beaches. Restaurants and take-aways, serving everything from salad to steaks, burgers to burritos and pancakes to pasta, are waiting to be discovered along the US192 which is a few miles north of the community, or at ChampionsGate Village, a few miles south.
This comfortable home from home provides ample space for everybody to be able to relax and enjoy their Florida holiday experience. The open-plan design includes a traditional formal lounge area with comfy seating close to the front of the villa, this is a great place to curl up with a good book or sit with a loved one and enjoy a conversation. Towards the rear of the villa is the main family lounge, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with enough comfy seats to enable the whole family to sit and enjoy a movie together on the flatscreen TV. Doors from this lounge lead out to the pool deck area so you can wander in and out as often as you please. The kitchen is to the left of the lounge and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils to meet your culinary requirements and a convenient breakfast dining table with 4 seats. A larger dining table is next to the front lounge, and this is also a perfect setting for evening fun playing cards and chatting together.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa, away from all other bedrooms, and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and is next to a family bathroom and Bedroom 3 which is a Betty Boop-themed room with Twin beds. The Toy Story-themed Bedroom 4 is at the front of the villa and has Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programmes as they unwind at the end of a long day.
The games room is an ideal place to escape from the hot Florida sunshine and make some long-lasting holiday memories. Comfy seating has been provided for spectators or those waiting to play on the basketball game, table football or pool table. The community play areas and outdoor sports courts are a few minutes’ walk from here.
After exhausting days at the shopping malls or theme parks, return home to your villa and enjoy some time relaxing around your own private pool, surrounded by privacy screening on all sides. Sit around the table with a cold drink as you watch the youngsters demonstrate the next trick or feat of skill they have learnt in the water!
