The community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 4 minute walk away from here, and includes a heated swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and separate spa, a licenced Tiki bar, beach volleyball court, mini golf, BBQ and picnic area, children’s playground and a clubhouse with a convenience store, gym and games room. Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot, can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away. If you want to take a leisurely stroll through Hogsmeade at The Wizarding World of harry Potter, make a splash in Volcano Bay water park or ride the adrenaline-fueled roller coasters in Islands of Adventure, you can be at Universal Resorts in approximately 35-40 minutes. The bustling US192 is a short drive north of here and has hundreds of dining options for you to choose from, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
The spacious open-plan layout of this property provides all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together here in Orlando. The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door leading to the outside pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located down a hallway behind the kitchen and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would appeal to all guests.
No games room in this villa but guests staying here have full access to the community facilities, a 4 minute walk away from here at the clubhouse. These amenities include a well-equipped gym, a games room and convenience store. Outdoor facilities include a children’s play area with swings and climbing frames, a Picnic and BBQ area, mini golf, a beach volleyball court and a large, heated swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and separate spa.
