This 4 bedroom town home on Solterra, one of the best gated resorts in Davenport, is great for those looking to spend lots of time by the pool, as the west-facing pool deck has no overlooking neighbours to the left or right, as well as views of conservation to the rear. Resort facilities are a 5 minute stroll away and include a heated outdoor swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, gym and sports courts. Magic Kingdom and other Disney parks are just 15-20 minutes’ drive away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in 25-30 minutes. Restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, appetites and budgets, can be found at the nearby ChampionsGate Village or along the US192 which is a few miles north of Solterra.
The family lounge is at the back of the property with sofa seating around a flatscreen TV and patio doors that lead out onto the *west-facing pool *deck. The open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances and equipment you will need, has a breakfast bar for 4 people and is centrally placed. The family lounge has comfy sofas, flatscreen TV and plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining table has 6 seats and is a perfect spot for meals or playing board games after dinner.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom downstairs, it has a King-size bed and is opposite the downstairs bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are next to each other upstairs, across the hall from the Main bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, with Bedroom 4 containing a set of Bunk beds and has been themed to appeal to Spiderman fans. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs.
The community clubhouse is just a 5 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The west-facing pool deck benefits from having no overlooking neighbours, giving you the chance to really relax as you look out at the conservation to the rear from the tables and chairs located under the covered dining area.
