This standard 4 bedroom villa is great for those who cannot wait to get to Florida's world-renowned theme parks, Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld are 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, is 25-30 minutes’ drive away along the nearby I-4 Highway. The villa has a south-facing pool and spa deck where you can catch some rays in the glorious sunshine, before grabbing a bite to eat under the covered dining area. If you need to spend time in the shade, head to the carpeted games room where you can play as much pool, table football and air hockey as you can handle! When you are ready, you can venture out and enjoy the community facilities at the resort clubhouse, a 5 minute walk from here. The facilities on offer include a heated swimming pool, splash zone, gym, Tiki bar, cinema and outdoor sports courts. The US192, which is popular with tourists due to its huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets, is about a mile away from Windsor Palms.
The family living area is at the back of the villa and has seating for 5 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. The open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need is adjacent to the lounge and has a breakfast bar for 2 people. A dining table sits between the kitchen and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck. Another dining table, this one with 6 seats, is near the front of the villa and is a great place to sit and play board games in the evenings.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, this has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is off the main dining area and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are next to each other near the front of the villa and each of them have Twin beds. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs.
For those that like to get competitive, there is a carpeted games room where you can play as much pool, table football or air hockey as you want! Some seating has also been supplied for spectators to watch the action unfold. Resort facilities are at the clubhouse, a 5 minute walk from here, including a heated swimming pool, kiddie’s splash zone, spa, Tiki bar, modern gym, cinema and outdoor sports courts for playing tennis, volleyball and basketball.
The large south-facing pool deck has a relaxing spa as well as a covered dining area where you could enjoy an alfresco meal out in the Florida sun, or relax on a lounger with a good book, recharging your batteries after a busy day at the parks, as the kids splash around in the pool. The en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom is accessible from the pool deck.
