This 7 bedroom privately owned rental villa is the perfect place to enjoy time with your family on holiday in Orlando. For the energetic members of your party there is a fantastic, air-conditioned games room which contains a pool table, air hockey and table football. For those who prefer to stretch out in the sun, there is a pool deck which has privacy hedging to both sides as well as conservation and woodland views to the rear. The villa is on the gated resort-style community of Emerald Island in Kissimmee which has everything you can wish for, including a heated swimming pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, sauna, cyber café, convenience store, games room and tennis courts. These can all be found at the clubhouse, a 7 minute walk from your villa. If you can tear yourself away from these amenities, the Disney World theme parks can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resort, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, less than 30 minutes’ drive along the nearby I-4 Highway. For those wanting to spend some time out in Florida away from the parks, the US192 is a couple of miles away and contains a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants which cater to all tastes and budgets.
This bright and spacious villa is perfect for families that want to escape the hustle and bustle of their regular lives. As soon as you come through the front door you will be in the first lounge area containing comfy sofas and has windows overlooking the front garden. This is a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel or to chat with another family member. Close to this is a dining table with 6 chairs, an ideal location for playing board games together once the dishes have been cleared away. The modern kitchen is next and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare meals and snacks for everybody. A dining table in the kitchen is a great place to sit and enjoy tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. Next to the kitchen and dining area is the main family lounge, it is filled with lots of natural light coming from the doors leading to the pool deck and has been furnished with comfy sofas and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs so is great for guests that want that little extra privacy, or who get up early in the morning and don’t want to disturb other people. It is close to the rear lounge and has windows overlooking the pool deck and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs near the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is down the hall from Bedroom 2 and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom which also has a door opening on to the landing. Bedroom 4 is across the landing and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a fun Disney theme and Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is another Twin-bedded room, decorated in a Harry Potter theme and is close to Bedroom 4. Bedroom 7 is at the end of a hall from Bedroom 6 and contains a set of Bunk beds and one Single bed. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV so if you want to watch something different from everybody else you can retire to your room and relax.
If you have a competitive spirit then the air-conditioned games room, one of the best games rooms in Emerald Island, is a great place to settle some scores! Here you can play pool, air hockey and table football as well as make use of the flatscreen TV and seating where eager spectators can await their turn! Extra activities are available at the clubhouse, just a 7 minute stroll from here, including the heated swimming pool, separate spa, sauna, Tiki bar, games room, play area and outdoor tennis and volleyball courts.
