Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts, less than half an hour’s drive from Terra Verde, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Other attractions in the area include Fun Spot at Kissimmee Old Town, just 10-15 minutes away from here by car. For traditional American dining you will need to head to the US192, a couple of miles from here, there are hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, satisfying all tastes and dietary requirements. The I-4 Highway, running across the state from east to west is easy to reach and this will lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning sandy beaches.
This well-presented and nicely decorated villa has all the comforts of home so that you and your family can enjoy the precious time together you have arranged. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area, equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need if you decide to prepare a family meal for everybody. The breakfast bar is a sociable area to sit and relax with tea and toast in the morning as you start making plans for the day ahead. On the other side of the kitchen is a large dining table, perfect for mealtimes together or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has a large corner sofa, a flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck so you can easily wander in and out.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor, to the left of the lounge, and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both upstairs at the front of the villa and each have King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is downstairs to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are upstairs again and are both Disney-themed rooms furnished with Twin beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice if they decide to have an early night.
The best part about memories is when they are made and many happy memories can be made in the games room as you challenge each other on one of the many games supplied in here. Community facilities, just 7 minutes’ walk from here, are available for all guests staying on Terra Verde and these include a heated swimming pool, sunbathing deck, licensed Tiki bar serving drinks and snacks, games room with arcade-style machines, well-equipped gym, sports courts and a catch and release fishing lake.
One of the best features of this villa is the amazing outside area, it is south-facing so that you get maximum sunshine throughout the year and has a lake view from the private pool, covered dining area and a seating area with casual seats and pool deck TV.
