The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove no more than 20-25 minutes’ away by car. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hours’ drive away via the nearby I-4 Highway. A good selection of family restaurants, catering for all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements, can be found along the bustling US192, just 10 minutes away from Windsor at Westside.
This very well presented vacation villa is perfect for you and your family and will give you all the chance to relax away from the chaos of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need if you want to prepare a meal for everybody. The breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while you work out your plans for the day ahead. The nearby dining table, close to doors leading to the pool area, has seating for 16 people and is a great setting for mealtimes and evening fun playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. The downstairs lounge has comfy seating in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV or you could head upstairs to the second lounge area, adjacent to the games room, which has more comfy seating in front of a large projector screen. If it’s a cosy movie night you prefer then head to the home cinema room downstairs at the front of the villa, it has air-conditioning, cinema-style seating and a large projector screen.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, centrally placed on the right upstairs, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that it shares with Bedroom 6, an Avatar-themed room with 2 Double beds. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back on the left and has a King-size bed an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 7, a Frozen-themed room with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed, this room is next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 8, centrally placed on the left upstairs, is a Minions-themed room with Twin beds and this is close to the Finding Nemo-themed Bedroom 9 which has been furnished with a set of Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing for everybody.
The air-conditioned games room area is upstairs next to the second lounge and has been equipped with a poker table, pool table, table football, TV and arcade games, enough to keep the whole family entertained for hours at a time. Additionally, the resort facilities, just 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, include a clubhouse with a games room offering arcade-style machines, convenience store, TV lounge and a well-equipped modern gym. Outdoor facilities include a heated swimming pool with water slides, lazy river, spa and licenced Tiki bar as well as multipurpose sports courts and a beach volleyball court.
