This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa, with enough beds to sleep up to 11 people, is located on Calabay Parc in Davenport. With good sized rooms, a private pool, a relaxing spa, no overlooking rear neighbours and a complimentary gas BBQ grill, your family will love staying here. Community facilities are just a 9 minute walk from your villa and feature a children’s play area with swings and slides. Disney World is only a 25-30 minute drive from your villa, so visit Mickey Mouse at Magic Kingdom, taste food from around the world at Epcot and fly the Millenium Falcon at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all can be reached in only 35-40 minutes. Animal lovers may be interested in swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or encountering sharks in SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes away. After a day of theme parks, you will be hungry, so head just a mile or so to Berry Town Centre to find a number of restaurants. Find a few more at the junctions of the US27 and Ronald Reagan Parkway which is only a couple of miles away or head a few more miles to the US192 or ChampionsGate Village to find an even grater selection to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for the whole family. Start your morning off by enjoying coffee and toast at the breakfast bar, before heading off for a day of theme parks. A formal dining table to the back right of the villa is a great place to enjoy a meal, with a nearby door providing access to the pool. To the front right of the villa is a family lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, a great place to come together to watch a movie, while a second lounge can be found centrally placed. With comfortable seating, this second lounge is a good place to curl up with a book or just enjoy a quiet chat.
The only bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom, is to the back left and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking and a door leading to the private pool, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is at the back right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the front left, with 2 Double beds and a Single bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has Twin beds. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, allowing everyone to watch their favourite programmes as they drift off to sleep.
There is no games room at this vacation villa, but there is a children’s play area with swings and slides just 9 minutes’ walk from your villa, the ideal place to take the kids to tire them out just before bed.
