Immediately inside the entrance is a formal dining area with 8 chairs and French doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. Nearby is a quiet seating area, a perfect place to relax with your favourite novel and recharge your batteries. Centrally placed is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need and a breakfast bar for snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. A small dining table in the kitchen area is perfect for tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. At the rear of the villa is the main family lounge, it is filled with lots of natural light from windows overlooking the pool deck and has a comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV and French doors leading outside so you can wander in and out with ease to soak up the sunshine.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the front door and has a King-size bed, large seating area with a door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom upstairs, it is a large room with King-size bed, seating area and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed, is downstairs to the left of the lounge and next to a family bathroom that has easy access to the pool area. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in a small corridor to one side of the villa and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that is suitable for all guests. A TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch what they want to watch as they settle down at the end of each busy day.
The spacious games room has a pool table and table football games to help keep younger family members entertained. Comfy seating has been provided for spectators or players waiting patiently for the chance to join in.
The extremely large, south-facing, pool deck has a natural lake view from the rear of the villa and has been equipped with enough sun loungers for the whole family. With lots of seating around tables and a large private pool and relaxing spa, many happy hours can be spent out here together. Easy access to the bathroom next to Bedroom 3 means no more trails of wet footprints through the house when a trip to the loo is needed.
