Orlando’s famous theme parks are within easy driving distances of lake Berkley, with Disney World just 15-20 minutes from here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 20-25 minute drive away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hour away by car. The community is a few minutes’ drive away from the lively US192 which has hundreds of restaurant options to choose from, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
This comfortable family villa will help you and your family relax and enjoy the precious time you have together here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen equipped with modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. Nearby, a small dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great place to enjoy tea and toast in the morning. A larger dining table is on the other side of the kitchen, perfect for mealtimes or evening chats as you share a bottle of wine. The family lounge area is at the back of the villa and is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV.
The spacious Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, another large bedroom, is upstairs at the back of the villa, it has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is downstairs at the front and has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style to suit all guests. Bedroom 5 is back upstairs, it has been decorated in a style to suit younger family members and has a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, so nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep at night.
Head to the games room for some fun times together, with a table tennis, table football and a pool table, there is something for the whole family to enjoy in here. A wall-mounted TV and comfy seating has been provided for spectators or players taking a break between games. The community facilities, a 5 minute walk from here, include a TV lounge, gym, heated swimming pool, separate spa and a catch and release fishing lake at the heart of the community with a BBQ and picnic area next to it.
After busy days at the parks or shopping malls you might need to return to your villa for some rest and relaxation. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
