Community facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, picnic and BBQ area and children’s playground with swings and slides is just a couple of minutes’ walk from here. The location of Laurel Estates is perfect for theme park fans, situated just 15-20 minutes away from the magic and excitement of Disney World and 20-25 minutes away from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Universal Resorts can be reached in less than half an hour and this is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the ever-popular Islands of Adventure. The I-4 Highway is easy to reach, and this runs across Florida, with Daytona and Kennedy Space Center to the east and Busch Gardens to the west, with glorious sandy beaches being found on both coastlines. Berry Town Center, a couple of miles north of here has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants. A wider selection of restaurants and take-aways can be found along the US192, a few miles north of here, or at ChampionsGate Village, a few miles south of Laurel Estates.
If you are looking for a modern villa where you can open the front door, walk in and instantly relax then this is the one. The stylish, fully-equipped, kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, so you don’t have to go out for dinner every night, and the family dining table nearby is the ideal place to gather everybody together and enjoy good conversation and great food. The sociable breakfast bar, seating 5 people, is great for snacks and drinks at any time of the day. The downstairs lounge has comfortable sofas arranged in front of a flatscreen TV so you can either curl up and watch a movie or sit next to each other quietly reading your favourite novel. The upstairs lounge is great if viewing preferences differ, and with a games console up here as well this is somewhere the kids might want to claim as their own.
The Main bedroom is upstairs to the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs by the front door so is great for guests that want that little extra privacy, it has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the top of the stairs and has a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedrooms 4 and 5, both of which have been furnished with Bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV so everybody can enjoy lazy holiday mornings in bed before heading out for the day.
Challenge each other to a game of pool, air hockey or table football in the games room as you discover who the sporting champion is in the family. Seating is provided for those guests waiting patiently for their turn. The community swimming pool, kiddie’s playground and BBQ and picnic areas are nearby, and guests have access to these amenities during their stay here.
Outside, the southwest-facing pool deck offers you the chance to enjoy the sunshine on one of the many chairs available, or to take a refreshing dip in the pool. Aching muscles can soon be refreshed in the spa, and with no rear neighbours you will be able to relax out here all day and night if you want to.
Laurel Estates sits on the US27 in Davenport, midway between the popular US192 and the I-4 Highway. It is conveniently close to Disney World and Universal theme parks, and even closer to a range of shops, restaurants and golf courses. This is a peaceful, mainly residential, community with a mixture of 3,4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas. Our vacation villas will often offer games rooms, private pools and spa and a south-or west facing view from the pool deck. There is an outdoor community swimming pool and two play areas for toddlers as well as a BBQ and picnic zone for you to use.
