Relax as soon as step inside this wonderful home, knowing that you have made the right choice for your family. Immediately inside the front door is a formal dining table seating 8 people, perfect for mealtimes together or evening fun playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. Continuing through the villa to the right hand side is the large, open-plan and modern kitchen, with all the appliances and gadgets you might require. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is a convenient place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. Adjacent to the kitchen, at the back of the villa is the family lounge with sofas and an armchair, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the south-facing pool deck. Upstairs is a second family lounge with a corner sofa, armchair and a large cinema-style screen and projector, perfect for movie nights in with your family.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a single door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the opposite side of the landing and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4 which is a Minions-themed bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom 5, with Twin beds, is next to Bedroom 2 and has been decorated in a Disney Princess theme. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so every guest gets the chance to drift off to sleep watching their own choice of programme.
The amazing, well-equipped, games room is one of the best games rooms on Solterra. It is located just off the main family lounge and has an air-conditioning unit to help players keep their cool, a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, table football and seating for spectators to wait until it’s their turn to play. The community clubhouse is just a 6 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated communal pool, separate lazy river, relaxing spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped gym, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
After busy days on the rides and rollercoasters at the theme parks, come back home to spend time on your south-facing pool deck.
