This 5 bedroom, privately owned, rental villa has a south-facing pool deck which has no overlooking neighbours, a relaxing spa, private balcony overlooking the rear of the property, a well-equipped family games room and three separate lounge areas. Located on The Shire, a gated section of the highly recommended West Haven community in Davenport, close to the US27 and I-4 Highway. Disney World is just 15-20 minutes from here, keeping excited kids happy, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away. A little further away, but still within half an hours’ drive is Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. When you have had enough of the parks, enjoy some family time splashing your cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants which line the popular tourist corridor of the US192, located a few miles north of here, or try out one of the family-friendly restaurants at ChampionsGate Village, 2 miles away along the Ronald Reagan Parkway. Guests staying on The Shire can use the West Haven clubhouse, located near the entrance of The Dales, another of the popular sub-communities. These facilities include a TV lounge, modern gym, swimming pool and outdoor courts for volleyball and tennis.
The first of the three lounges is near the entrance to the villa and has comfy seating for 5 people and windows overlooking the front garden. The second lounge is to the rear of the villa and has seating for 7 guests around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The open-plan kitchen, with modern appliances, central island and two breakfast bars seating 3 people each, overlooks the rear lounge, and contains a small dining table. The main dining table has 6 seats and is next to the front lounge, a perfect place to sit and play board games in the evenings once all dishes and cutlery have been cleared away. Upstairs is another lounge area with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV, giving everybody the chance to enjoy their own space to relax in.
The Main bedroom and Bedroom 2 are at the top of the stairs and each contain King-size beds, doors to a large, shared balcony and have their own en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, ideal for guests that want a little extra privacy, it has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have Twin beds and can be found down the hall from the Main bedroom upstairs. For guests comfort and convenience, all bedrooms contain flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans.
For those with energy left to burn there is a games room where you can play pool, table football and basketball until the small hours of the morning! Alternatively, make your way to the West Haven clubhouse at the entrance to The Dales and enjoy the TV lounge, modern gym, swimming pool and outdoor sports courts that are waiting for you over there.
Relax in comfort on your south-facing pool deck which has hedging to the left and right, giving you an extra bit of privacy, and views of greenery to the rear. Here you’ll be able to kick back on sun loungers and make use of the pool and relaxing spa, or sit around the table and chairs provided to tuck into an alfresco meal.
The Shire is a small, peaceful gated subdivision of West Haven, a popular Davenport community close to Disney World with a range of 4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas, all with their own pool and spa. Many of our villas to rent also have a games room and south or west-facing pool. Disney is 15 minutes away, while Universal and SeaWorld are 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
