Reunion is located just 10-15 minutes away from Disney World theme parks and only 15-20 minutes away from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here. ChampionsGate Village, just a couple of miles away, has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping and a wide selection of family restaurants suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With Reunion itself you will also find a number of other restaurants that are certainly worth a visit if you have a special occasion you want to celebrate. Please note that this villa does not have membership access to the community water park, golf and tennis but guests staying here are able to use other resort facilities, including the swimming pools and gym.
This nicely decorated, and very spacious, vacation villa offers all the comforts of home to help you and your family spend quality time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout has a central kitchen area with modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary task, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. The nearby dining table is to the left of the kitchen and has seating for 8 people at a time, great for either mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The downstairs lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and lots of natural light flowing in from the patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. The upstairs lounge has additional comfy seating in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a perfect place to relax and watch a movie with a loved one.
The generously-sized Main bedroom, upstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed, balcony overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, is upstairs and has a King-size bed, balcony overlooking the front of the villa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor, is centrally placed and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom, a perfect choice for guests that want a little extra privacy or who would struggle with stairs at bedtime. Bedroom 4, with its own en-suite bathroom, is centrally placed upstairs and has a Double bed and a Single bed and has been decorated in a style to suit all guests. The nearby Bedroom 5, a Peter Pan-inspired room, has been furnished with a Double bed and a Single bed. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV for added guest comfort and convenience.
The games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey and table football game, as well as seating options for spectators or players taking a quick break during games. Guests staying in this particular villa do not have access to the water park on Reunion but the gym and outdoor swimming pools are accessible.
