Features include a large modern kitchen, 11 bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep up to 24 guests, a home cinema room and a southwest-facing outside area with a private pool and spa and no rear neighbours. Guests staying here are welcome to use the basketball and beach volleyball courts but, at this moment in time, this property does not have membership to other resort facilities (such as the water park). The magic and excitement of Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away by car. Guests looking to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park, to experience The Incredible Hulk Coaster and other rides at Islands of Adventure or to stroll through Hogsmeade in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of minutes away from here and has a selection of family restaurants to choose from, or head towards the lively US192 which has hundreds more options, catering for all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements.
This spacious vacation villa is the perfect choice if you have a large multi-family holiday planned for Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area at the heart of everything downstairs, with all the equipment, utensils and appliances needed for such a large home. The breakfast bar, with seating for up to 8 people, is an ideal place for tea and toast in the morning or for chats and coffee later in the day. The nearby dining table, with seating for up to 10 people at a time is perfect for mealtimes or evening fun playing games. The downstairs lounge has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the southwest-facing pool area. The upstairs lounge, also doubling as a games room area, offers more comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to a balcony that can also be accessed directly from Bedrooms 2 and 3. The air-conditioned home cinema room has individual reclining seats for up to 10 people in front of a large flatscreen TV and is upstairs close to the games room area.
The Main bedroom, on the ground floor at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 upstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed, doors to a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, also upstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to the same balcony. Bedroom 4, centrally-placed upstairs, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5, upstairs on the left, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6, downstairs to the left of the front door, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7, just off the kitchen downstairs, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and this is next to Bedroom 8, another room with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 9 is upstairs on the left and has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 people in this room, it has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 10, at the front of the villa upstairs has a Queen-size bed and this is next to Bedroom 11, a Marine-themed room with Twin beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to continue watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The air-conditioned games room is upstairs and forms part of the second lounge area. It has a pool table and doors leading to the balcony area shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3. Guests wishing to watch a movie in comfort can settle down in the air-conditioned home cinema room with reclining seats and a large flatscreen TV. Guests staying in this Encore villa do not have access to the resort facilities but are able to make use of the nearby beach volleyball and basketball courts.
