The US192, with hundreds of popular restaurants and take-aways, is a few miles north of the community and a further selection of restaurants can be found at the nearby ChampionsGate Village.
The modern, open-plan, layout of this villa will help you relax and settle into holiday mode as soon as you step through the entrance. At the heart of the villa downstairs is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need to make meal preparation as easy as possible. The breakfast bar has 3 seats and is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the day. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the pool area is a family dining table, a perfect place for meals and evening fun playing cards or board games together. To the right of the kitchen is the family lounge with a large corner sofa, flatscreen TV and more doors leading outside to the sunny pool deck. Upstairs is a home movie room with a giant projector screen and comfy seating, all you have to do is choose a movie and settle back and relax with a bag of popcorn.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is ideal for guest that want a little extra privacy, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the front of the villa next to the downstairs bathroom and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 5, upstairs at the back, has Twin beds and is decorated in a fun Mickey Mouse theme, Bedroom 6 is nearby and is a Superheroes-themed bedroom with Bunk beds, a bathroom separates these last two bedrooms. All bedrooms have been furnished with a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance o watch their favourite programme as they enjoy an early night.
If it gets too hot outside then head to the air-conditioned games room and play pool, table football or air hockey. Further activities can be found at the clubhouse which is just 5-10 minutes’ walk from here. These community facilities include a heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, games room, well-equipped gym, movie theatre, full-service restaurant and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
