This 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa is on the highly recommended gated Kissimmee community of Emerald Island. The villa has a secluded south-facing pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room with plenty to keep the whole family entertained, some great kids’ bedrooms and plenty of space for everybody. The US192 is just a couple of miles away and has hundreds of dining options available, ready to cater for all budgets and taste buds. Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is less than 30 minutes away along the nearby I-4 Highway. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are a little closer at 20-25 minutes away and the magic of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here. Guests staying on Emerald Island can use the amazing resort facilities, including the heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room, Tiki bar, gym and outdoor sports courts. These facilities are a few minutes’ drive from the villa, or 10-15 minute walk through the community if you prefer to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the sunshine at the same time.
With comfortable furnishings and a warm ambience that encourages you to relax immediately, this villa is perfect for your family holiday. At the front of the villa is the main family dining table, with plenty of space and 6 chairs this is a great place to sit and enjoy evenings playing board games after dinner. Adjacent to this is the family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, and containing a large corner sofa and flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead directly to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease. The kitchen overlooks the lounge and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to rustle up some quick snacks or fantastic meals. Next to the kitchen is a small dining table with 4 chairs, it looks out across the pool deck and is the perfect place to enjoy tea and toast in the mornings as you plan your day ahead.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom that also has a door onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin bedded rooms and have each been decorated in a fun Disney theme to appeal to younger family members. For the convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV so there is no need to compromise about what you want to watch.
For those who get competitive, there is a carpeted and air-conditioned games room where you can play as much pool, air hockey and pinball as you like! Some seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV has also been supplied, so spectators can put their feet up and await their turn in comfort! Extra resort activities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from here, including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, well-equipped gym, games room, play area and outdoor courts for volleyball and tennis.
After busy days at Orlando’s theme parks, come back home to your villa and enjoy the south-facing pool deck. With privacy hedges on all sides and plenty of space for sunbathing, this is a great place to relax and recharge your batteries. When things get too hot, just jump in the pool to cool off or enjoy a soak in the spa before sitting around the table to enjoy some snacks and drinks.
