The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld are just 20-25 minutes away and the awesome Universal Resort, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is less than half an hour along the nearby I-4 Highway. The popular US192 is just a couple of miles away and the restaurants and take-aways on offer here will satisfy any taste, budget and appetite. Emerald Island has some of the best resort facilities in Kissimmee and these are a few minutes’ drive from your villa, or a 10-15 minute stroll through the community if you prefer to walk and soak up more sunshine. The facilities on offer include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, sauna, games room, play area, Tiki bar and outdoor sports courts.
This beautiful villa really is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s theme parks and will give you the chance to recharge your batteries at the end of each busy day. The open-plan living space includes a family lounge, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with a large comfy corner sofa and hammock chair in front of a flatscreen TV. Patio doors from here lead out to the southeast-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as you please to enjoy the glorious sunshine. The modern kitchen is adjacent to the lounge area and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need, and a breakfast dining table overlooking the pool deck. Another dining table is near the front of the villa and makes a great place to sit and enjoy evenings playing cards or board games together.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor, to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is also upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door leading to the landing area. Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and is next to Bedroom 2 while Bedroom 5 has an unusual round Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6 would suit guests that like a little extra privacy, it is downstairs to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed. Back upstairs, Bedroom 7 has Twin beds, one of which is designed to be a Pirate’s ship and Bedroom 8, another with Twin beds, has got a custom-made Princess castle bed that would appeal to your very own little Princess!
A favourite feature with this villa is the well-equipped games room. Reign supreme over other family members in here and make lasting memories as you take them on at pool, table football or shuffleboard. Comfy seating has also been provided in front of a flatscreen TV so players waiting their turn to have a game can do so in comfort. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, including a well-equipped gym, games room, play area, walking trail and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
